Rebirth: A Journey into Immersive Art and Technology

The inspiration for Rebirth is a continuation of the Skp brand's existing immersive retail space form and story. The design team sought to break the narrow concept of Skps and deepen consumers' impressions through visual images. The goal was to provide consumers with pleasure and happiness through a unique immersive experience, applying a scenario beyond reality to weave a magnificent and fantastic world of wonder.

Rebirth stands out for its unique properties. It tells the story of an AI girl who recreates our home earth by memory extraction and remodeling in the future. By combining technology, art, and fashion elements, the design team breaks the traditional commercial space form, providing an unusual journey to welcome rebirth and reflect on the value of life and fashion.

The realization of this design involved advanced techniques. The simulation animal adopts the entity special effects technology, which replicates biological features through 3D modeling, shape sculpture, mold production, painting and coloring, and hair technique. The animal's outer skin, made of glassed steel, foam latex, and silicone, ensures durability and the complete presentation of the bionic action.

The interior of Rebirth is divided into three parts by the route of travel: the last earthling, the memory of the earth, and the creation of creation. These sections respectively describe the blending and confliction of past, modern, and future civilizations, the process of reshaping the future by memory, and the scene after the rebirth of the earth. The layout also provides rooms for shop displays in the space, offering consumers a unique visual and consumption experience.

Rebirth was designed and developed in Hebei in June 2020 and launched in China in December 2021. The project is an original space design with a complete worldview story. The design team was able to put the design concepts into action and turn vision into reality through scene-based visual communication, advanced production techniques, and outstanding mechanical technology.

Rebirth is a testament to the design team's ability to overcome creative, technical, and research challenges. The project is an immersive commercial art space with the theme of Rebirth, which relates that an AI girl who recreates our home earth by memory extraction and remodeling in the future, through various technical means such as physical production, mechanical construction, and control programming. The unique visual experience and conceptual thinking, combined with technology, art, and fashion elements, fits perfectly with the commercial space, bringing people an unusual journey to welcome rebirth, and reflect on the value of life and fashion.
